Pilanesberg and Kruger ## The two major safari choices serve different needs Pilanesberg is compact, malaria-free and particularly strong for a private day or shorter safari from Johannesburg. Kruger is a much larger multi-day journey where the road, changing habitat and movement through the park become part of the experience. Ekala does not force one reserve to imitate the other. This is why Responsible Wildlife Ethics remains separate from Responsible Safari Ethics. Wild-animal conduct and captive-facility evaluation are related, but they are not the same question. The experience must fit the individual client ## Practical requirements need to be known from enquiry stage Visual impairment, mobility, children, toilet needs and luggage can materially change which wildlife or nature experiences offer real value. Ekala needs functional information — what can and cannot be done — rather than a medical diagnosis.
