When can Ekala collect you, and by when must the service finish?

Those two times matter more than the theoretical gap between flights. Immigration, baggage, airport processes, hotel movement, traffic and onward check-in can reduce the usable window considerably. For a non-airport stopover, the same principle applies: Ekala needs the period during which the guide and vehicle can actually be used.

If the usable time is too short for a worthwhile experience, Ekala may recommend a much smaller route or decline the tour rather than sell a stressful, unrealistic booking.

Use limited time to understand the city

Johannesburg can introduce gold, migration, political history and the modern city; Soweto adds a very different community, historical and cultural landscape. Where time allows, combining parts of Johannesburg and Soweto can provide more understanding than visiting one famous attraction in isolation.
